AND CONDITIONS”
OMI Policy – OMI Products, LLC will NOT be
held responsible for any direct or indirect labor, towing, lodging, garage,
repair, medical, or legal expense, or for any inconvenience caused by the
necessity of replacing or repairing any products/merchandise purchased from OMI
Products.
Returns/Exchanges - Because this is the
“racing” industry, we may not be able to return or replace parts that may be
broken, damaged, or incorrectly installed by customer. OMI Products will make
every effort to ensure that you get exactly what you need when placing an order.
When possible, returns or exchanges will be authorized with the appropriate
handling charges. No exchanges will be considered without your invoice. No
returns or exchanges can be accepted after 15 days.
Delivery/Payment – Unless specified by
customer, we ship all products UPS Ground, insured. All shipping charges to and
from OMI is the customer’s responsibility. Payment can be made by VISA or
Mastercard. Please add $8.00 for all COD orders.
